Fiduciaire CEFILUX

CEFILUX, short for Centre Fiduciaire Luxembourgeois, is a fiduciary founded in 2007 and active throughout Luxembourg province. It has four offices, in Libramont, Bastogne, Marche-en-Famenne and Arlon. Management consists of three partners, Catherine Fontaine, Thierry Dubois and Emmanuel Caerels, all tax accountants, heading a team of accountants spread across the sites. From the start, the stated goal has been personal follow-up, a family spirit and a relationship that puts the client first.

Clients are the self-employed, either as individuals or through companies, traders, entrepreneurs and liberal professions. The firm stresses a tailored, close-at-hand approach, so that clients can focus on their business. Accounting begins with setting up a system suited to the size and sector of the business, at the firm's offices or on site. CEFILUX then manages the books, regularly checks and analyses the accounts, and helps clients monitor and verify their own if they keep them themselves. It analyses monthly, quarterly or half-yearly interim statements. It prepares the annual accounts, their tax and accounting appendices, and the balance sheets filed with the National Bank.

Tax work also extends to the Grand Duchy. The firm handles personal income tax returns, both Belgian and Luxembourg, and those of non-residents, companies and individuals alike. It also deals with VAT and intra-Community returns, Intrastat declarations and payroll withholding tax, corporate tax and tax on legal entities.
