Disrupt Consulting is an accounting and fiduciary firm at number 107 rue Colonel Bourg in Evere, in the Brussels Region. It was founded by Zakaria Benchaou, a certified tax accountant registered with the ITAA since 2017 and a graduate of the Belgian Chamber of Accountants since 2013, who is its director. His specialities are tax optimisation for company directors and support for setting up companies. The firm works for directors of SMEs, start-ups and growing companies, mainly private and public limited companies and non-profit associations, as well as self-employed people whose activity is linked to a company.

The firm takes a structured approach: every file follows a defined framework, with a level of support, a clear scope and a built-in annual review. Moving up a level follows the real growth of the business. The firm also calls itself selective, choosing its clients as much as they choose it, in order to keep quality high. It uses tools that automate document collection, data processing and digital reporting, to cut low-value tasks and spend more time on advice. It answers requests within twenty-four hours.

In accounting, Disrupt Consulting provides full bookkeeping: posting purchases, sales, financial transactions and miscellaneous entries, matching, bank reconciliation and monitoring of customer and supplier accounts. It prepares the balance sheet, income statement and notes, then files the annual accounts with the National Bank on time. Depending on the chosen level, clients receive half-yearly or quarterly reporting. Documents are collected by scan, a dedicated email address or a platform, and every file goes through collection, posting, review and validation, with systematic technical supervision before closing.

Tax work covers the corporate income tax return, with calculation of the tax base and the reduced SME rate, the director's personal income tax return consistent with pay, dividends and benefits in kind, and VAT compliance: monthly or quarterly returns, the annual customer listing, filing through Intervat, intra-Community transactions and the OSS scheme for distance sales. Optimisation relies on legal mechanisms such as the investment deduction, the liquidation reserve or the VVPRbis regime.

The offer is built in four levels. The Essential pack covers accounting and tax compliance. The Optimisation pack adds an annual structure for the director's remuneration, with a salary versus dividend simulation, a tax and social security trade-off and an annual meeting to analyse the results. The Strategic pack offers a three- to five-year view, and the Growth level management by indicators. The firm also supports business creation, from idea to financial plan, including the choice of legal form and registered address, along with dividend planning, hiring simulations and cash analysis.

Disrupt Consulting has built analysis frameworks for exposed sectors. In international e-commerce, it handles multi-country VAT, the OSS and IOSS schemes and the reconciliation of Stripe, PayPal and Amazon flows. For crypto-assets, it deals with trading, staking, DeFi, NFTs and mining, provided full documentation is available. In hospitality, it monitors mixed VAT rates, Z receipts and flexi-jobs. In construction, it manages VAT reverse charge, the social withholding obligation and subcontracting. Finally, it supports non-profits in independent education: grants from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, school property and payroll.
