TaxPulse

TaxPulse is a chartered accounting and tax firm with its registered office on rue de Marchienne in Gozée, part of Thuin, which also receives clients on chaussée de Thuin in Mont-sur-Marchienne. Its slogan, "expertise at the heart of your project", sums up its positioning: a vision that goes beyond the figures and tailored solutions, built on proximity, responsiveness and quality. The firm is open Monday to Thursday from 8.00 to 17.00 and on Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00.

The team is multidisciplinary. It is led by two partners registered with the ITAA: Romuald Mazy, certified chartered accountant and tax adviser, and Nathalie Pietquin, chartered accountant. An honorary partner, also a certified chartered accountant and tax adviser, remains associated with the firm. Around them work a trainee tax adviser, junior and experienced accountants, an IT consultant and a secretary. TaxPulse supports clients at every stage. For business formation and launch, it advises on the legal structure, sole proprietorship or company, prepares the business plan and financial forecasts, assists with administrative and tax registration and sets up suitable bookkeeping.

For management and steering, its experts handle regular bookkeeping and review, prepare tax and social security returns, analyse performance with dashboards and financial indicators, work on tax and social security optimisation in line with legislative changes, and advise on cash management and financing. In a growth phase, the firm devises financing strategies, assists with investments or acquisitions, studies schemes that reduce tax and social security costs and puts structured management procedures in place.

For transfer or closure, TaxPulse values the business ahead of a sale, organises the tax and legal side of transfer operations, supports the formalities of liquidation or resale and advises on wealth management to prepare for life after the business. Each engagement is set out in an engagement letter.

On tools, the firm displays the software of its technology partners: Winbooks, Horus and Codabox, which it presents as ways to maximise the impact of its expertise. It aims to anticipate its clients' challenges rather than simply respond to immediate needs, on accounting, tax, social security or strategic questions.
