ECOVIS ACTA Consult is an accounting and tax practice based in Brussels, with offices in Leuven and Hasselt. Its Brussels base sits at Silversquare Europe, on Square de Meeûs, in the European quarter. The firm belongs to the international Ecovis network and joined the Belgian group Vandelanotte in 2024, which brings together more than 800 staff across accounting, payroll and audit. The first trade is accounting and reporting. The distinction matters: keeping the books is an obligation, producing reporting is a management choice. The second trade is tax advice, with legal services alongside. It covers setting up the flows between the client's systems and the firm's: electronic invoicing, document circulation, data returned. For a mid-sized organisation, that is often where the real cost of the finance function is decided: far more than in the accountant's hourly rate.
