AGEFI is a multidisciplinary accounting firm whose company, Roland Bloquiau & Associés, has its registered office on Rempart du Vieux Cimetière in Soignies, Hainaut. The firm is also present in Mons and Namur. It has advised and supported businesses for more than 75 years in their accounting, financial, organisational, tax, HR and strategic management. It describes itself as "much more than an accounting firm", recalling that the French word fiduciaire comes from the Latin fiducia, trust, which it puts first in its mission.

AGEFI works with businesses of every size and sector, their directors and shareholders, and private individuals. It emphasises support based on anticipation and advice, and values of solidarity, respect, fairness, quality, integrity and ethics, including professional secrecy and independence of mind. Each client has a contact person who knows their file and digital tools to lighten their administrative workload.

The accountancy team covers keeping or reviewing the books, VAT returns and formalities, interim statements, and internal annual accounts as well as those in National Bank format. It extends to financial management: help with company formation, cost accounting, dashboards, financial plans and budgets, cash planning, structuring financing and loan applications, business valuation, the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, and aid and grants. Some of these services can be subsidised by the Walloon Region.

The Tax & Legal team prepares and reviews tax returns for companies and directors, covering corporate income tax, personal income tax, non-resident tax and legal entities tax, assists and defends clients during tax audits, follows disputes and handles tax planning, structuring of property acquisitions, remuneration optimisation, wealth and inheritance tax and VAT grouping. On the legal side, it provides company secretarial services, Official Gazette publications, loan and transfer agreements, leases, mergers, demergers, liquidations, conversions and capital transactions.

The firm also offers an HR and social team, from payroll and staff joining and leaving to conflict management, work rules and the prevention committee, support for business transfers, for sellers and buyers alike, and a strategic expertise offer, AES, led by François Saussez and David Flament: overall diagnosis, business model, communication, performance indicators, processes and corporate governance under the Buysse code.

A dedicated offer targets medical liberal professions, from young doctors in training to self-employed doctors, doctors practising through a company and medical centres: actual versus flat-rate expenses, business plans, cash flow, valuing a patient base, tax optimisation and handing over the practice.
