Proxicompta is an accounting firm from the Mons area, founded in 2008 in Quevaucamps by Sébastien Lefevre and two partners. The office moved to Mons in 2015, then settled in Havré in March 2026. It also has offices in Tournai and Ittre. The team grew in stages: Mariane Dewaele arrived in 2018 and became a partner in 2024, Christophe Danloy joined the partners in January 2025 and Simon Nkuete followed in July of that year, with his team. The firm now has four partners and around fifteen staff.
Since the digitalisation begun in 2018, the firm describes itself as 100% digital. There are no more binders to prepare or trips to drop off documents: a few clicks are enough to bring the accounts up to date, at any hour. This continuous processing gives a real-time accounting position on which owners can base their decisions. E-invoicing is one of the changes the firm builds into this way of working.
Before launch, Proxicompta helps turn an idea into a project, either as a sole trader or through a company. The firm helps choose the structure, analyses feasibility, assists with drafting the financial plan and supports the administrative steps involved in forming a company.
On tax, the team tracks deadlines for direct taxes, personal income tax and corporate tax, as well as indirect taxes with VAT. It works with clients to find the best way of lowering their tax bill while meeting their obligations. It also handles tax audits: the file is prepared with the client with a view to a quick resolution. The firm stresses the ongoing training of its teams, because Belgian tax law changes often.
For growth, the firm draws on experience in the banking sector. It supports the search for financing and the negotiation of terms with financial partners, and builds cash tables and dashboards with the business owner.
Pricing is published. Small companies can opt for a monthly package called "All-in", from 120 euros excluding VAT per month for a sole trader and from 300 euros excluding VAT for a company. It includes bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax obligations, the UBO register, platform access, automatic retrieval of bank statements, management of a director's salary and unlimited contact. Larger companies and one-off work are billed on a time basis, using a scale set out in the engagement letter.
The firm states a focus on SMEs and regional roots, with listening as its first working principle. It also supports several local sports clubs, including BC L'9 Flénu-Frameries and the Rugby Club de Frameries.
