LdW Associés is an accounting and tax advisory firm on rue des Acquises in Naninne, part of Namur, with a second office on avenue Henri Lepage in Wavre. It presents itself as a human-sized office with a passion for figures, aiming for a professional, rigorous and personal approach. The firm was founded by Guillaume Legrain and his partner Christelle de Win, both accountants and tax advisers. They spent around ten years at an internationally renowned firm before setting up their own practice, and put that experience at the service of their clients' projects. The office relies on a network of trusted partners, including notaries and lawyers.

In accounting, LdW Associés organises, keeps or supervises the books, records documents and prepares the balance sheet, profit and loss account and notes in the National Bank format, through to filing the annual accounts. It regularly prepares customer and supplier histories to track receivables and payables, draws up interim statements, advises on advance tax payments, studies the impact of an investment or incorporation and simulates directors' pay. It checks and corrects accounting documents, helps set and monitor budgets, builds dashboards and assists with company liquidations.

The tax side includes preparing and filing corporate income tax, personal income tax and legal entities tax returns, periodic VAT returns and listings, tax forms and withholding tax returns on investment income. The firm prepares, assists and represents taxpayers in response to a request for information, an audit or an objection, suggests tax optimisations and profit distribution strategies, and handles the director's personal and wealth taxation.

For business creation, the office helps draw up the financial plan and choose the company form and sources of financing, whether subsidies, banks or investment funds. It checks with the notary that the articles of association fit the project, supports access to the profession, files the VAT registration application, assists with registration at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and with enrolling the company and its directors in a social insurance fund.

LdW Associés also carries out the special assignments provided for in the Companies Code: conversion, merger or demerger, liquidation with a special report and amendments to the articles of association. Its financial assignments cover business valuation, analysing the financial soundness of decisions and setting up cost accounting. Finally, it advises on contributing a business to a company, the tax treatment of property purchases, property leasing, life annuities, usufruct, long leases and building rights.
