KEY-OPS

Key-Ops is an accounting and tax practice on Clos des Duges in Charleroi, in Hainaut. It is a civil company accredited by the professional institute of accountants and tax advisers, now merged into the ITAA. The practice is led by Laurence Darquennes, who holds a commercial engineering degree obtained at Warocqué in 1992 and has worked independently since September 2013.

What clearly sets this practice apart from every other on this list is the career that precedes it. Its founder worked nearly twenty years at the Belgian tax administration, in several middle-management posts, covering personal income tax, corporate income tax and the full range of withholding taxes, on employment income, on movable income and on property.
