Jump4more Accountancy is the accounting firm of the Jump4more group, based on Vichteplaats in Anzegem, West Flanders. It presents itself as a forward-looking accounting firm that is 100% digital. Its clients are SMEs from all over the country: thanks to thorough digitalisation, it does not matter where the business is located. The team blends long experience with youthful enthusiasm, under the day-to-day leadership of four partners, Patrick, Peter, Stefanie and Audrey. The group's mission is to provide SMEs with quality financial, legal and organisational advice by bringing in the right expertise.

Founder Stefanie Van Eeckhout studied applied economics at Ghent University. She spent seven years as an auditor at BDO, working with many sectors, then joined a company in difficulty where, with two fellow directors, she led a recovery plan and negotiations with shareholders and creditors. She describes herself as a CFO with a passion for figures and a generalist in finance, HR and IT. Patrick Vanbelleghem, a Ghent University law graduate, has supported companies for thirty years. The group highlights four values: quality, trust, respect and a personal approach.

In accounting, the firm takes full care of the books so that entrepreneurs can focus on their business. It stresses the value of understanding one's financial position beyond legal obligations: analysing results to learn from the past and plan for the future. Clients have access to an online portal. In tax and legal advice, the firm helps draft sound contracts, choose the right company structure and complete the related formalities. It works on company law, contract law, the takeover, transfer or sale of a business, and VAT questions.

The group's advisory arm acts as an external adviser to organisations. It starts from the observation that many SMEs have no full-time CFO or lawyer, for budget reasons or because the workload does not justify one. It therefore offers outsourced finance professionals, on site or remotely, and assignments in financial analysis, strategy, budgeting, business planning, management reporting, cash management, ERP support and BI implementation. On the legal side, it advises on company structures, tax, acquisitions, due diligence, shareholder agreements, incorporations and valuations.

The group has also developed a Maturity Monitor, a tool that measures a company's level of professionalism across six areas. It is aimed at owners preparing to sell their business, since maturity gives an indication of value, and at anyone wanting to professionalise their organisation. The scan is carried out with an expert, analysed and then discussed on site, and is offered free of charge. Among the published testimonials, a company founded in 2016 that now has around twenty employees says it entrusted all its administrative and financial management to Jump4more from the start.
