FINQ

FINQ is a firm of accountants and tax advisers headquartered on Roderveldlaan in Berchem, in the Antwerp metropolitan area. It also has offices in Lier and Pelt, which lets it serve clients spread between the province of Antwerp and northern Limburg. The firm is registered with the ITAA under number 50.431.007. It reports more than thirty years of activity and more than 620 companies and entrepreneurs served, with a team of about twenty-five people.

The core of the work remains day-to-day bookkeeping: recording transactions, periodic follow-up and preparing the annual accounts within the legal deadlines. On staffing matters, FINQ advises on organising payroll administration and employment law, and works with social secretariats and social insurance funds for payroll calculation. The firm has put together an advisory offer on digital transformation, from needs analysis to tool implementation. Fees follow a model explained clearly on the website: a monthly advance invoice, followed by a year-end settlement adjusted to the work actually carried out on the file.
