Debonafisc is an accounting and tax office on Kraaineststraat in Erpe-Mere, a stone's throw from the Oudenaardsesteenweg, in East Flanders. The company is accredited by the ITAA under number 50.303.893. It was founded in 2008 by Nancy De Bolle, a tax accountant, and has more than fifteen years of experience. The office highlights the strengths of a small practice: full knowledge of each file, end-to-end follow-up and a personal relationship with the client, without compromising on quality.

Debonafisc supports start-ups, SMEs, liberal professions and self-employed people working full-time or part-time, mainly from East and West Flanders. Clients put together their own form of cooperation from a wide range of services. Books can be kept at the office or on site at the client's business, using the client's own software if needed. Clients can opt for an online accounting package, bring in or have their documents collected, or send them digitally; the office can also digitise purchase and sales invoices and bank statements, directly into the accounting software if desired.

In accounting, the office handles data entry, or reviews it when clients want to do part themselves, regularly assesses interim results with the client, then closes the balance sheet and income statement and prepares the annual accounts. For sole traders, it prepares a profit calculation or tax balance sheet at year-end. The reporting service presents the figures monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, as the client prefers, so goals can be set together.

On tax, Debonafisc prepares and files returns including VAT, Intrastat, corporate income tax and personal income tax, and assists clients during tax audits. The advisory service uses the figures to give clients a better understanding of their business, looks for tax optimisation opportunities and helps develop their activities. For start-ups, the office supports the creation of the sole proprietorship or company and makes sure every legal formality is met.

For mandatory e-invoicing via Peppol since 2026, Debonafisc selected three tools, OkiOki, Billit and Lucy, all linked automatically to its Octopus accounting software. It advises clients on the most suitable tool, activates and connects their Peppol inbox, and arranges demos.

The office aims for transparent fees: billing is at an hourly rate agreed in advance, with a detailed record of hours worked attached to the monthly invoice. First meetings can be booked online. The office points out that it is a member of the ITAA, which requires its members to attend seminars and continuing education, so that clients are supported day to day by experienced specialists.
