Advice can be given by video call or over coffee at the office.

Tax advice aims to spread decisions over twelve months rather than two weeks in March. It covers personal income tax and corporate income tax, business transfers and succession planning, and international tax. The firm gets involved before choices are made, on the most favourable timing, the structure that costs least over five years or benefits with a deadline.

Legal advice supports the entrepreneur's choices, from the first choice of company to signing a takeover: company law and incorporation, contracts and general terms, family and succession planning, acquisitions and business transfers. Lawyers and accountants work in the same house, so legal and tax advice line up.

HR advice starts with the first employee: employment contracts, personnel policy, payroll costs, bonuses and alternative remuneration, dismissal and labour inspections. For cross-border employment and secondment, the firm relies on the MGI network, active in more than 80 countries. The website also publishes news items, for example on the new withholding obligation when paying invoices from construction and cleaning contractors from 30 October 2026.
