COGEFIS

COGEFIS is an accounting and tax firm on rue de Genval in Bierges, part of Wavre in Walloon Brabant. It is run by directors Olivier Callens, Daniel Callens and Elodie Vangricken, with a secretary and staff. The firm cites more than twenty years of experience serving businesses and sums up its ambition in four verbs: optimise, make profitable, anticipate, develop. It also produces interim balance sheets to support decisions.

In tax, the firm follows the company's tax file to propose optimisations, prepares personal income tax and corporate income tax or legal entities tax returns, and assists clients during tax audits. It stresses a prior analysis of the business's situation and needs, to set out a forward-looking view rather than merely filing documents.

The administration and management side covers company formation: feasibility analysis, business plan, financial plan and choice of the legal form best suited to the sector, private limited company, public limited company or non-profit.
