Ad Consult is an accountant and tax adviser on Kortrijksesteenweg in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, a district in the south of Ghent, on the second floor of a building reachable by public transport, with parking in front and reserved spaces at the back. Thanks to daily updates, the figures stay current so decisions can be made in time.

Accounting tasks cover processing purchase and sales invoices, bank statements and cash sheets, preparing and filing VAT returns, the intra-community statement and annual client listings, and recording payroll in cooperation with the relevant social secretariat. The firm also prepares the annual accounts and ensures compliance with the obligations for simplified or double-entry bookkeeping, depending on the form of the business.

Fees are published: from 75 euros per hour excluding VAT, with quarterly invoicing that varies with the work done. The firm applies a minimum fee, in principle 2,500 euros a year for a company, on the grounds that a small file carries the same tax obligations, the same questions and the same software costs. It stresses that clients can strongly influence the price through how well they organise their own records, and offers a free introductory meeting.
